Fresh Start Ambassadors help connect the Fresh Start Smart Lab experience with communities where relationships and trust already exist.

You don't have to be a farmer, chef, teacher, or wellness expert.

You simply need to care about your community and be willing to help open the door.

What is a Fresh Start Ambassador?

A Fresh Start Ambassador is a community connector and champion.

You help us listen before we arrive, understand the people we're serving, and identify Fresh Start experiences that fit your community.

You know the community. We help you connect the possibilities.

  • Maybe your church wants to explore gardening and wellness.

  • Maybe your school wants students to experience growing food.

  • Maybe your neighborhood wants to learn how to grow at home.

  • Maybe a group of aspiring entrepreneurs wants to turn what they grow or make into opportunity.

Fresh Start Smart Lab takes people on a hands-on journey from growing food to preparing it, sharing it, creating opportunity from it, and living well. As an Ambassador, you can help your community connect with one experience or explore the entire journey.

    We'll introduce you to Fresh Start Smart Lab and give you the tools and resources you need to confidently share it.

    Help us understand what your community is interested in, what it already has, and what might be possible.

    Bring it together

    We'll work with you and your community to identify the right Lab, Academy, demonstration, workshop, or experience.

    Keep it growing

    One experience doesn't have to be the end. Together, we'll explore what your community might be ready for next.

We don't expect you to do it alone.

We're not handing you a curriculum and wishing you luck. Fresh Start Ambassadors are supported by Flint River Fresh with the tools and resources needed to help create meaningful experiences in their communities.
